Today has been crazy busy and business is better than ever. Its hard to sometimes maintain a healthy and balanced diet when you get so consumed by life’s daily grind. However, as busy as life may get there is always time to eat healthy! This whole meal took me 15 minutes to prep and cook from start to finish.
Egg Omelette: 6 egg whites, 2 yolks sauteed with onions, tomato, and zucchini. Avocado on the side with oatmeal.
